Krav Maga Class 112: cardio, front, round, turning-back-kicks, pad mount and stomp sprint

Curtis’ Saturday morning class, and the first one since my dad came to live with me. We started out with a TON of cardio, and my bronchitis was inflamed. Then we worked on kicks (front/round/turning-back) with a little bit of live look drill on the turning back kick at the end. The finale was kick shield mounting, destroying it and alternately standing and stomping.
